Uh.. these drivers work.You have to extract both to the same directory and then the 2nd file HAS to be unrared. You will get a directory structure like ... files...setup... files ...That setup.dll will be in the setup directory.I tried to post this all as one piece but Driver guide doesn't allow more than 10 MEGS. That's why I put a readme into both files.Don't bother sending me flames send those to Microsoft for not posting the lousy driver on their page.

I don't think Windows XP supports the scanner I have. Windows XP does not even accept the CD software.
