This driver works fine with a 3c905ctxm board under win98se. The exe unzips the files on the same directory when you copied it and then you can install quotpointingquot to this directory.

Installed without a problem. Needed this for an OnBoard NIC in a Dell GX110. I was surprised to find that it was not on the Dell Recovery CD or on Dell's support section even when I used the service tag numbers. Thank's Drivers Guide
