I purchased the Diamond fire GL 2000 a 16 meg PCI card to be able to play a game Matchbox Catepillar Construction. The game comes with a detection program telling me it cant enable textured graphics. The people from Diamond tell me I need D3D.cfg file but dont have it.....HelpDid not work with win2k card was looking for different ini file.

The driver worked superblyGraphics were greatly enhanced. The screen saver was speeded up too.I downloaded the file ran it copied the resulting files from the floppy disk to the hard disk to a folder called Enhanced and then included the file Vesa.exe in the autoexec.bat file for running on startup. Note In the autoexec.bat file the linec EnhancedVesa.exewas added.So no installation was nessecary and the driver worked perfectly.Many thanks.

I'M ONLY GETTING SOUND WHEN I SLIDE AND HOLD THE VOLUME SLIDER. THE VOLUME SLIDER KEEPS SLIDING DOWN TO THE OFF POSITION AND THE SOUND FADES AWAY. HAS ANYBODY EVER HEARD OF THIS KIND OF ERROR ANY SUGESTIONS
