This download works fine.i have a BJC4400 and i had no problemsinstalling this driver on windows 95c.i also installed it on 98se and it worked fine

About the No Dial Tone.Wellthere are three types of Conexant modems Conexant Soft56K RTADConexant Soft56K FaxPCI Data ModemConexant Soft56K PCI MOdemif you use the wrong driver it will give you a no dial tone error...

dont bother with winXP possibly the worst pile of crap MS have ever produced. Just stick with Win2K not brilliant but at least you have a driver that works
