I searched every site I could think of and couldn't find this driver. I even called Diamond MM and the manufactorer of the computer. Then a friend of mine showed me this site and I found the driver right away. It is exactly what I neededDriver for N270 does not work

I did not install the driver because my problem turns out to be a bug or virus that disabled my audio controllers. I figurerd there was something suspicious since the same system never had a problem before. I went through the usual crisis and recovered only after getting heavily suited with security and the latest updates. I was attributing my lack of sound to an quotunintended consequencequot but it is a bug instead.I have no reason to doubt the efficacy of the driver.

It got me by. It was what I needed in a pinch to fax some things. I hate Conexant modems though. It is hard to find the right drivers without pulling out the card and getting the chipset number and even then it is hit and miss.

You need to use Motorola Phone Tools to exchange files between your computer and Razr Cell Phone.Ebay has the software for under 5 dollars.Otherwise this driver is useless.
