It worked and it's easy to install.1. Remove the old drivers2. Execute the downloaded file.3. Go to add new hardware navigate to where the driver files are specifically windows asks for cifman.dll which is extracted when you execute the downloaded program4. Just let windows finish the installation.

Tried to flash my DVD drive to no end. I'm sure its not the Flash driver. I tried to use a newer driver quotD166SDS1E.zip as well. But each time the message came back that these drivers were not for this drive. So gotta do some more reasearch...and or toss this drive.
