I previously noted I got it to work but it messed up and I finally got a nice cheap usb port Hewlett Packard PSC bubblejet 750works great but not a laser. NEC still works well on Win 98. Maybe I will try partitioning the drive on the XP computer and install Win 98 on that partition and it will work then.

Setup.exe would not execute in Win98SE. Rightclicking and doing a Quick view of the file shows among the properties that this file expects to find Windows 3.1 not Win98.
