Agree with Lorie not a complete driver returns the errorCan not file sic the localization file C WINNTvista30.loc.Please install Vistascan.

There was no way for me to select the refresh rate for my display adapter Radeon 7000 and my monitor IBM P92I can't turn off DDC support.

This driver didn't work but I found the SP6333 driver to work in its place just fine. ftpftp.Via Technologies.compubsoftpaqsp60016500sp6333.exeIt is a floppy image the driver worked just fine after that.
