Worked fine with WIN 98se. No problems at all. My LAN card is now working with this driver. I believe this card was made in Australia so DLINK USA has not drivers in the web page.ThanksJORGE

Hi this driver worked very well in XPI actually didn't need the driver down load. The card was plugnplay.

I could not get this driver to work.My guess is that maybe you can only use this driver if you have your CPQ software utilities still on your hard drive and active like foxbyte says below.But guess what I went to the Compaq website and got ALL the drivers I need for my Compaq Presario audio display modem etc etc.They ALL worked greatGo to www29.Ensoniq Corporation.comfalcosplist.aspYou can also order a CD from Compaq and receive by mail ALL the Presario drivers you need on one CD. This definitely restored a little faith in Compaq for meTom happy to have a working computer again

This is for the Intel chipset but should say it is with the Crystal Audio driver not stac9700.
