Finally This cured my 'Gateway' 300 mhz machine running Win 98 withaudio imbedded in motherboard. I had to manually remove the driver win98 set up by going into systemdevice drivers then I just ran sbsetup and all my sounds came back. Thanks.

Couldn't get this one to work with MPX EN5038 EN 1207D tx18f lan card in an HP Pavilion win 98se. Windows prompted to install a driver from win 98 CDalso no good. Will try one of the othersperhaps it's wrong version of oem card.

The relationship between my old Win95 Compaq and the older PB svga made it impossible load the driver in Windows. It took a dozen reboots to force safe mode but once the driver was installed it was like a new monitor. Thanks

Had to dump ME from my Etower 600cd as it was too unstable. Put on Win 98 SE but couldn't get the sound or modem to work. This driver worked great pity it's not on the uk support site instead of the rip off phone numbers. Got the Modem driver off the manufacurers site but that is on here too.
