I don't know why that PAcomanx fellow has such nasty things to say but it worked for me. I had a PCI Simple Communications Controller with a question mark in my DEVICE MANAGER. Unzipped this into a folder double clicked the bad entry and pointed it here. XP took care of the rest. Works fine for me.Works great. Easy install
