I downloaded the driver file twice and both times I could not find an exe. file or any setup file to install the drivers. I guess that is why so many people have made negative comments on this modem. It is useless without drivers to run it.

I tried 3 times to get this driver from pcchips at an avereage rate of 200 bytes sec I timed out all three times. Here no problem.

for some reason the executable worked but was stopped for corrupt file during the unpack. don't know why. Thanks for having it though . the info u provided in your comments enabled me to find another driver that i was able to get to work. . so thanks again

Thanks for posting this driver as I have been trying to find one for 12 months. Like most I think Teramars should change theiridentity to TeraSe.The driver was picked up ok but I still cannot change monitor Refresh Rate except for Optimal or Default

The driver didnt create two separated components like Intel USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller and USB 2.0 Root Hub Device but it created one Intel 82801DBDBM USB2 Enhanced Host Controller and it works correctly
