This is not a driver. It is software called HP Image Zone Express and it is not even in English... maybe some kind of Slovak or something This was no help to me.

WOW...6 hours later I finally have a working monitor thanks to windrivers.com I was trying to find the right monitor driver and the problem was the video adapter all along SIS530.drv located on windrivers.com Installation was a little tricky...unzip the files in a temp directory and force WIN ME to look for it in that directory.Thanks

There is no driver that supports the 5140 on Win XP i have the same problem to and as yet have found nothing suitable.
