i needed this driver for my pc chips motherboard M571LMR with TX Pro II chipset onboard audio HT8738AMPCI but it seems to be that this driver is for an other audiochip.

heyi guss that driver is to usefullat winme9895 it is so completeat win xp it needs to add it fromscanners and camers at control panal i try it at every system it works but do your best tryings to do this thanks

This is a DOS driver. Get rid of the Microsoft driver in autoexec.bat and config.sys or you will be in trouble.Works fine for me with W98SEFR IBM Aptiva 219330F

excellent zip file make sure you unzip to a c drive folder for system to find. then let it install all ok. Thanks for your help

the driver worked better than the windows driver but the driver or the card was below the expected effect
