Installed perfectly on Win XP too early to rate stabilty. Also my modem identified as Mentor Ambiant C Set v 90 56k and Intel so should wok for both.

IT WORKSWindows 2K Wizzerd tries to reinstall the old driver but if you tell it to select the driver you want you can force the new driver to replace the factory one. Some of the skinbuttons are garbled but the image transmits fine. THANKS
