BestIt's not even a driver. It shouldn't be on the siteI think its not RTL8100B the files atleast .ini file shows its RTL8139C. I downloaded installed on Win98 but Win98 stopped working it does not boot only shows Windows98 screen at startup.Had to uninstall thr' safe mode.this driver is not working for window xp.plz help me to download a driver compatible with window xp plz

This modem driver can't work in WIN98 first edition. It can work in Win98SE ONLY.The driver doesnt seem to be there. It only downloads 1kb and when I try to install it comes up with 16bit MSDOS Subsystem error of 'The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction gives a load of numbers and closes down.
