Okay folks this is one of the better drivers I've seen. The install was flawless and didn't require a reboot in order to use the Lucent 1648T000 those are zero's modem. This particular install was using the PCI version of the available cards using this chipset.I must remark on the speed of the install. This driver was promised to take care of it all however the audio and video portions of the driver installation file did not work on the eMachines K7MNF64 MoBo.

Have found a piece of software that is capable of resetting your locked region code in the form of WinDVD marketed by intervideo I downloaded the free trial version from Intervideo on the net just ask browser to find WinDVD .In the preferences part of the software it shows you what region your drive is set to and you can change that by apply and ok its as simple as that Enjoy .
