Worked for my e566i onboard sound chip. A little bit tricky to get installed though. I HAD to use the setup program and when setup asked for the win95 disk I had to tell it to look in the driver directory. But with a little bit of coaxing it works great

I may be doing this wrong but as far as I can tell this pack was incomplete. Missing setupx.dll and wouldn't install.

The driver may be fine for other systems but did not work in my Emachines Etower Model 667ir running Windows 98SE with integrated sound chipset on the motherboard. My guess is it's the wrong codec.

It worked great. After having to deal with Compaq on this problem they have lost my business permanently Along with Sony I will work on thier machines but will never suggest that anyone3 purchase their cheap junk. Driver worked great though thanks Otto.

Does NOT work with the HP Pavilion 533W. Still seeking a file named usbehci.sys which is not included with the driver I downloaded. This is for installing on a bare machine installing XP Pro.
