I tried the driver and it worked great I'm online with it now. The problem is that my customer wants to use AOL and the modem won't let AOL tell it what to do. I'm recommending that he get a new modem I have NEVER seen such a useless piece of... I'm taking my dial up info out and they'll have to buy a new modem or go without Internet access......

This driver is actually an imaging tool. It does not install drivers for the scanner at all but does have a helpful message telling you to install drivers. Neat or what
