driver files are miss or incorrect message here setup can't find setup.dll so its not proper driver or miss files

Monitor is Sampo 820 Alphascan 1. Am not able to select display resolution of 1024 x 768. Could you provide a specification sheet for this monitor or advise on max refresh rate for the different resolution settings.2. Have been unable to find a driver for this monitor. Most printers this is the best way to setup software and drivers.Works great make sure printer is unpluged when starting the setup...it will ask for you to plugin..Important step or you can have problems with setup and it's hard to remove everything to restart setup... DG RULES

This driver did not work for me with WIN 98SE. The modem has a sticker labeled I56PSPF40 which I found at httpwww.kobian.com.After downloading and installing a 9 mb file the modem works fine.
