This driver works on emonster1000. Thanks for supplying this driverI have search for an intel chipset driver like they say is in the machine. I agree emachines are boat anchors. Never again will I purchase one of these POS'. Thier support is non existant and thier website is a fg joke also.

Thanks alot Adam It worked like a charm. All I had to do was reinstall the driver and direct Windows 98ME operating system installation program to the file I downloaded and decompressed the ESS Solo1 PCI Audio driver to. Windows automatically found the new sound card driver..DLL After I restarted the computer walla

Very impressed I could not get the video card to work in Win98 and couldn't find the driver. Looked here and bingo Simply pointed the wizard to the A drive and it worked perfectly. Thanks for that.
