Tried everything but cannot get stupid Conexant K56Flex modem to work properly with Windows ME keeps disconnecting runs slow hangs up etc. This is not a modem for using. It is a modem for lying down and avoiding.

How do I install this driver

The Zip file contained only 9 files and there is no exe file.My problem is that my brother brought me a dazzle Digital Video Creator but somehow misplaced the install CD. Hence I could not install and use that so far. Any help in this regard is appreciated Please.

Tried to use this driver on a Microstar model MS6334 motherboard with an Intel FW 82801AA sound chip for on board sound.Did not work and repeatedly comes up with the blue screen of death reboot and blue screen appeared.Managed to boot into safe mode to remove the driversoundcard and now trying another driver A214292.exe which may be better.But AC97.zip was not for me
