I got this modem free from a friend who yanked it out of his old Dell computer. Then I spent the next day and a half looking for a driver for it. Thank youAlso I installed it under Windows 95 OSR2 on a Gateway computer and although the computer crashed when first tried to install the driver it does appear to be working nowYou're a life saver

danthanks so much for submitting this sony driver I recently purchased this drive sony soft56k 52x as a replacement to one that died on me. I need to use the device drivers to install win98 SE because its not a bootable CD. Windows 2000 does not need the driver because it is bootable if people don't realize this.Thanks again
