Am presently just collecting drivers for the Rockwell chipset. There are so many different companies making these modems it can be quite frustrating. Give these blokes who have already found drivers a go and be thankfull we have a site like this.

Worked with XP. Tried to overwrite a DLL file with a file in another language I rejected the overwrite. Other than that it was smooth sailing.

I think Compaq are slowly learning lessons about propriety crap.I opened an old Compaq the other day and it didn't even have ANY expansion slots no PCI no ISA no nothing the memory was built onto the MB the power supply did NOT use a standard connector basiclly if anything went wrong you paid Compaq HEAPS or got another PC.Hopefuly with them mergeing with HP they can both get their act together and make decent PC's.
