Compaq are She I sent a faulty Presario notebook back to them under warranty and they returned it with the drive formatted What use is that to anyone I suspect they dont know how to use their own restore CD.

This is not a bios file. It is a video driver and is from HP not Compaq

I installed Win2000 and had Win98 previously. After formatting my hard drive I lost the driver for my Video Controller VGA compatible. Emailing Compaq they were no help watsoever this driver really worked only if u have Trident Blade MVP4 video adapter. You have to go back to the video controller and update the driver in the properties section then choose the folder you download in your systems directory wat a time saver even the Trident site couldnt supply the driver I needed... Thanks mate next rounds on me...now that I havent quality pics again

este driver si funciono en el 98 se muy bueno

It worked fine for me. However it did play up a bit until I rebooted the PC. The test print went into the print queue and instead of printing kept deleting itself and creating a second job in the queue. rebooting fixed this.

Driver stated it was for Windows Xp Downloaded but no folder for XP.. Had folders for Win95b Win98 Win2000 Linuxx Perhaps I missed it..
