This driver didn't work for my Cisco Aironet 350 Series Adapter AIRPCM350 I'm guessing it will work ok for a Netgear card using similar chipset though. It was too much mucking around to add the DEVID for my card into this driver I used this driver instead httpmembers.charydent.comdriverdetail.phpdriverid126475Good Luck

I had accidently uninstalled this driver but I must admit that this is the best driver I have ever used. It has never crashed on me. Cool thing is that it comes with a bunch of cool features.

After almost exploding from trying multiple drivers that didn't work I followed a suggestion from another comment I found downloaded this driver then rip417na.exe uploaded by Steven Lee White driver ID17163 and installed the drivers in that order. Sound works modem works Am using in a Hewlett Packard Pavilion 6553 given to me to reformat and set out for the trash had no recover disks. Thanks for the driver Edward

This does not work with Windows XP Despite what it says on the download page you will be given a warning 'Not for XP' whnw you install and install will abort.
