The drivers won't be installed by Windows 3.1 if the board is a 12351A which from available diagrams is identical to the 650012301.Some CDROMs i.e. TEAC 55a need adefault port number not designatedanywhere on the board. This may be the problem.This is not a driver but a text .txt document which opened by notebook only displays quot82801DB AC'97 Audio Controller driverquotand nothing more. So you can skip this decoyDriver that i needed and it works great
