My modem originally came out of an emachine 400i which died so this driver works with those modems. I installed the modem in another computer using this driver. Works great.... thx..Dave.

i have a typical problemwith my cdrw drive that is it doent copy all the files on to the cdit stops in the middlewith out completing the whole processso i am downloading this driver to fix this problem this could be the software problem alsolets hope it worksThe driver or file did nothing when activated or doubled clicked on.
