This is the correct driver for Acer 82801AA with integrated ac '97 audio. this is for win98 second edition. I have been searching for this driver for 4 weeks solid This brookings motherboard was out of a gateway computer. Gateway's website didn't even have this driver So hatsoff to Anben And a big rasberry to gateway now i know why i dont buy pre packaged computers

Make sure your board is an M810D not any other typa such as M810L or LR LMR as your board will never fire up again..
