The install.exe wanted to install some dialtone program that did not launch. However I was able to install the driver by doing a driver update from the device manager.

Thank you for posting this driver it resolved display adapter issue wo any problems. I advise anyone who reformatted there hd and have a 1200 notebook to stop looking and download this driver.

Thanx ... I downloaded two of these files. One was a foreign language my mistake and one English version. Both downloaded fine when I attempted to install the driver my system advised me I already had a newer version installed than the downloaded driver.

You ain't kiddin this one was hard to find. NEC won't support it and the distributor new com inc is out of business and their web site is for sale. Thanks for finding it and posting it.

Use the Windows device manager to install this driver. Works well on Win95b. Anarchy rulez.
