I have tried several times to load this driver. I had the driver for my 98 windows system. It worker great.When I upgraded to XP the 98 driver would not work.I have tried to download the XP version from your site. It will not load.I get to a point a window opens and asks me to put the CD into the CD Drive. The only CD I have is the 98 version which is rejected every time I load it into the system. If I am downloading from your site why is the system askeng me for a CDAny help you can provide is appreciated. I am not interested in buying a new scanner when the one I have works perfectly. A waste and an expense not needed. Please let me know what i can do to getb this working.work very good tanks bye

I downloaded this driver and it installed in a few seconds. I went to device manager and opened up usb controllers and then usb root hub.I chose visioneer scd453 and reinstalled the drivers there.Its perfect.Thanks a lot.I'm running Windows Server 2003 beta RC2 and the new Intellipoint 4.1 doesn't support Microsoft's newest OS go figure but this downloadversion 3.1 does Sweet Thanks
