It didn't do anything. What is the purpose of the downloading the driver if you can only run it off your CD as commented by Blue Cat If I had that I wouldn't need the driver..In Response toneeding the Base Drivers for the sound blaster Audigy in Windows XP I've found that Gateway has the drivers 25 MB download BTW available from a link on this page support.gateway.comsupportdriversgetFile.asprefundefinedid8302Kinda Ironic that I had to get it from them considering I bought a Dell..

It worked perfectly for a few days in Windows ME and Windows 2000 Pro. After that mysteriously I get blue screens in Windows 2000 about the USB ports while the Precision Scan seems to stop responding. I see the lamp of the scanner going on when I press Start Scan and after a while it goes off and the program stops responding.Any ideas Or should I sell it and buy an Agfa

The driver hardware description is valid But after you uncompress the file don't use the setup icon it didn't work for me but rather use the browse command after the computer finds the hardware lead it to the uncompressed files and everything will work out really good. Ruslynsodac.

I also have a BX100 Pro board with embedded HT1869V HRTF 3D and this simply does not work with my configuration I am in the middle of trying to resolve a conflict with a PCI modem card Conexant Soft56k HSF and using the windows sound system I also get repeated continuous sound and my modem thinks it is in use when it is not. Other than this everything 'appears' to install correctly including the modem driver.
