I have a Musteck 1200 USB scanner that I used with Windows 98. When I bought a new computer with Windows XP it would not load my software for the scanner. I went to the address below and there were complete instructions for downloading TWAINPANEL DRIVERS and GENERIC SCANNER MODULE. The download is also on this page. I read the instructions and downloaded all. Make sure your scanner is not plugged in until the drivers are loaded. Plug in after loading the software. It will warn you not to do it but do it anyway.
