This didn't work on my compaq presario 7000 serieswill burn my GVC and never buy another. No support from either GVC or Compaqfrustrated beyond words.

Thanks for the post Andy. It is a big help. My question is why can't gateway put the driver on their own website They had drivers for every thing else in the computer just not the video. And looking at the motherboard I could not identify the video chipset used. If you did not make this post I do not know What I would have done. Probably just bought a cheap video card and threw it in. Thanks Again
