As an avid computer fixer i found this driver the hardest to come by. I contacted EMachines for the specs for my 566i and they told me that it was a cs 4281 or something. Turns out it was a 4299 and this driver works for it. Check the chip inside your computer Thanks very much

OLD and I mean OLD driver. Use the WFW Windows for workgroups folder to find the INF file to install in 95 or 98. Thanks for the driver though.

This is not for a v.92 S3 modem it only lets the modem be a V.90 modem this bites we need a v.92 driver not a v.90 driver i know this cause i can not use the modem on hold software that came with the modem and i am not getting a v.92 connection from Juno with a v.92 it may make the modem work but it does not make it work right like a v.92 should.
