each time i reset my resolution to 800x600 pixels my graphics go to pieces. will this upgrade help or do i need a new video card

Use to have this driver with my NVIDIA GeForce2 MXMX 400 but lost it when reinstalled WinME. Driver works fine for me ....Gotta play my DAoC you know See yall on Merlin server ....

I used this to create a driver for my flash drive I bought in order to transport files to my toshiba satelite... turns out all it did was cause major system instability and it crashed and now it's asking me to use this safemode junk and I'm clueless. And of course it's still not reading the USB.
