You people who complain the loudest are the ones that most need this advice Uninstall your old driver first under AddRemove Programs in your control panel then go to Device Manager and delete your modem and modem enumerator entries. Then reboot and when new hardware is found feed it the driver which you have first unpacked to its own directory. Then you should have a clean installation. To test it go to your Modems section of your control panel click on diagnostics click once on your modem and select More Info. A window should open with the new driver listed. Good Luck and stop whining
