works great For those who do not know how to install the driver please follow the standard method of adding devices..... StartSettingsControl PanelAddRemove Hardware....and follow instructions from there... there are no installation files to get started so you'll have to install using the Control Panel Settings. Works perfectly on my Windows 2000 Advanced Server System. Wish all of you luck

This was a tough one to find but this was definitely the driver that worked for this card. The card description is quotRAGE 128PRO ULTRA 32M SDRquot and has a pn of 1024F1060DSA. I hope this helps someone else out.
