I found the answer. Go to httpconsumer.usa.Mercury.comircontrolleractDownloadSearchResultsActampkeywordCanoscanN67OUampSubmit.x39ampSubmit.y2 and install the utility toolbox for your system. This gets you the program you need if you don't have the original installation disc. Use the setup.exe in the Disk 1 folder and ignore the other 3 folders. Then use this driver to bring it all together....at least it did in Win XP Home Ed. I'm doing this as a favor for a friend. Just remember...no good deed goes unpunished

This driver might work for you if the Kodak DVC325 WinXP driver downloaded from Mercury.com hangs in the middle of the installation.

This driver worked perfectly. WINBOND W89C840F is an alternate driver for Davicom DM 9101F. The DM 9101F drivers I downloaded on Driverguide didn't work.Thanks Gary
