Outstanding Installed downloaded file in a folder. Opened file to extract files to that location. Ran Control Panel AddRemove Hardware specified the location folder of the extracted files and it worked fine.

It took me a week just to find anything remotely associated with the MDP3900 so I'm excited about that but I really need an upgrade to win2000 because upon upgrading my OS everything adjusted just fine except my modem and tvtuner card. So now I'm going to try and reinstall the win98 driver on my win2000 and see what happens. I have a real strong feeling it's not going to work but oh well you gotta do something

This zip file is corrupted as was the last one I tried. The same file for the Toshiba4080CDT has good recommendations even though it has the same name. I'm downloading it as I type.
