having tried several sites the notes here suggested that this would work with GT7000 USB and Windows XP. I virus checked unzipped and set the hardware wizard in XP to the location of the unzipped Windows 2000 drivers and Twain. It worked perfectly and the scanner IS working without a problem it DOES work in XP it just needs a little bit of work like 30 seconds or so. Take no notice of the first writer above.

I too switched my Presario 5BW251 from ME to 2000 but this driver gave me the blue screen on reboot.

this is great but i am also looking for the driver on my printer which in this case carries the name SP10490. If you have this item for download I will appreciate it. THank Youworked flawlessly for the phaser3120 that came in the Emachine t3508 tower. Which they do not include on the driver download area of their site.. thanks.

SuccessI am running Windows 2000 Advanced Server on a Gateway G6 using a Viper v770u PN 28230360001. I downloaded W2k364.zip and much to my surprise it worked. I went from 800x600 to 1280x1024. I have to say after scowering the web this site saved me.Thanks.PS see my previous post at www.charydent.comuploadsuploads41880.html where I had less luck with v770nt4401.exe
