This driver is only good for the newer Wave Watcher TV cards that have a rather large black chip with the quotPhillipsquot logo on it.

Windows XP installation didn't install this driver for the onboard sound. I downloaded it from Driverguide and copied it to the Win32 folder. Worked like a charm.

After installed under XP SP2 display adapter worked only at 4bit 8 colors. I downloaded the newest drivers from nVidia homepage. Took these files and overwote the nVidia's installed and worked 100 good.

When I install the drivers i get the 16 color vga mode in win 2k. I have the older drivers and they work just fine. I couldn't get it to work. I have a Power Color Sniper 2 M64 which is based on a TNT 2 Model 64. I have the Windows 2k sr 2. Could anyone help me out
