Sorry but this drivers does not work with the CT6840...this are for the P1001 don't loose your time downloading if you have a CT6840Don't work in my PC gtlt

this site rocks i went to Agere Systemss website thinking that Agere Systems being a reputible company would post all drivers for their nics including pcisoft ..........wrong.....this helped me a lot...I am also looking for win2000 drivers

It's ok but you must have cpqmdm22.cat file. I didn't have it then the driver didn't work.
