I downloaded this driver and I can not open it. When I try it says open this with what program. I really am having some trouble I can't get by usb port to work at all and my printer only hooks up to the usb.

Once you unzip the file you can install and have the USB charging your RAZR V3. Now just need to find the software to uploaddownload address books.

I have a Targus presario laptop model 1655. Win 98My battery never charges more than 60. In tha past Targus gave me a down load which fixed the problem. I recently had to fuly erase my harddrive and I can't get any response from Targus as to which driver would work.. any one have a suggestion
