Well I down loaded it and I opened it and the set up file came up and when I went to hit it it said Windows can not find installation languages in C Documents and settings ......I'm running 2000 and have an Optiplex GX150 any info would be much welcome Amos

This is not a driver as far as I can tell. It is software for mIRC internet relay chat. NOT any help for my old scanner
