The driver did not work on a Dell GX Pro using NT 4.0 with the card built on board. Did not find the oemsetup.inf or oemsetnt.inf Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

i also think this is a sound card driver. it fits the model number and chipset of a sound card i'm installing. and i am not aware of any Asus video cards

The driver is stable in 95 and the installation is simple

I have a 4 in 1 installation disk that came with the computer in 1999. I needed to reformat HDD and have had no end of trouble since then. The 4in1 caused comp to crash to the extend where I needed to reformat again I thought maybe this driver I just downloaded would work better but the same thing happened so I can't really recommend it. However it worked OK in 1999 so maybe it's just my comp.
