Solved a problem I have been having for months with a new MP3 'stick type' player. This installation appeared to me installing a full application but I went through with it anyway. It did not install an app but did load the correct driver for the MP3 player to be seen on my computer at last. Note the CDROM that came with the MP3 player was rubbish. No drivers for the MP3 player on it and boy did I try Thanks for loading it.Have downloaded the driver and oninstalling it is a dos file which flashes black and then nothing. It has not altered my situation where my DVD drive is not working.

You do not have administrative rights. I am logged on as administrator I even went to the registry and made sure I had full admin rights. Any ideas

got a good laugh reading theese comments personally this site has kept my system from being tossed into a river several times to those who dont like it dont come here I have tried several drivers for the ct 4870 some work some dont keep trying is all i have to say there are plenty to choose from . keep up the good work .... p.s. This one is CRAP At least for StorStation The add new hadware wizard said that the inf file in zip contains no driver info. I am running Microsoft Windows XP Professinal Service Pack 1a.If anyone can help please email me.
