Hey this really works Tanks Whole lot dude I Was Getting Compaq Presario 7478 Back up running for wife. Restore disks didn't phase it. Upgrading to XP had severe HCL problems. Upgrading to Win 2000 worked just fine except for the Video Driver. Compaq was no help onlineanyway YOurs worked like a charm. Too big for Floppy though MB 13.1 MB when unpacked. Recommend to open in browserextract to New Folder of your choice. Then use shared network drive to upload file or burn ya self a CD. The file e64w9xup.exe is an UPDATE download the 'Audio PCI' generic driver from www.ensoniq.com and install. Follow through several restarts until your soundcard works THEN run e64w9xup.exe.

O som simplesmente no saa com o driver original. Aps a instalao deste tudo funcionou normalmente.The sound simply dont play wiht the original driver. After installation of this driver everything work good.
