This is A real pain of a download.i am downloading it for the 4th time.i hope it works.i have looked every were for a drive to run my onboard card HT8738AMPCIand im not giving up untill i have itthis is a great site and with comments like these im sure it will work once i have it THANKYOU

This IS the Video driver for running W2K on an HP Pavillion XH545. HP will NOT help you find this driver It appears to be functioning fine I have even uninstalled and then reinstalled with no problems. I DID install W2K service pack 2 sound modem and NIC drivers BEFORE I installed this driver. The other drivers needed to make W2K work on this notebook are from the HP site gclan110.exe NIC essw2k48.exe AudioModem.

Este driver me sirvi oportunamente para configurar la tarjeta de Red en un Desktop Dell V400 con procesador Celeron de 400Mhz RAM 256Mb DD de 20GB y Win XP. Lo recomiendo no presenta ningn problema y es muy estable.Muchas Gracias.
