I work at a school repairing computers. The install froze everytime on multiple computers. I was unable to determine if it was compatability issues with the hardware or if they were just old pieces of crap which they are but either way the driver would not install. And on top of that it uninstalled my previous driver so I ended up having to use a soundcard to replace the onboard.

As far as a sound driver yes i recommend it. But my card also has modem built into it.

Let's see mirror 1 gave me an empty file and mirror 2 looked like it was going to give me the real thing but every time I tried it would only download less than 50 before locking up

when i install this driver at first i thought it was ok but after it restarts the bluescreen of death appears i have no choice but to remove this driver and look for other file. thanks anyway
